The problem

The wire crate worked, but it made the living room feel temporary — even after the dog became permanent.

We started with the proportions of furniture people keep: a solid top, quiet stance, honest joinery, and hardware worth touching.

Then we rebuilt the inside for large breeds: more room, a supportive floor, and a calmer den that stays close to the family.
